overnight stay. We try to be flexible for the check-in and check-outs,
but we do not guarantee extensions if you have arrived late from your
specified booking.

All rates are still negotiable. Check in and checkout times
are flexible but dates will be subject to the confirmed bookings. Confirmed
bookings must pay 50% of total cost of stay.
conference room usage : includes white board markers
and white board, sound system, chairs and tables, coffee, drinking water,
non-aircon
daytrip: 12 hours maximum, no house (will stay in plaza
area or balcony), use of tents, tables and chairs, use of videoke and
billiards and swimming pool (SHARING), stove + cooking utensils rented
at P300/stay

INFO ABOUT OVERNIGHT RENTAL:
• rates are for 24 hrs overnight stay
• all houses have adequate ventilation, multiple fans, windows
• all houses are provided their own videoke system, refrigerators,
television(non-cable),
• stove and cooking utensils are available for Php500
• facilities such as the swimming pool, billiards, pingpong table,
plaza (unless rented exclusively), foosball are shared, unless you are
renting 2 houses. If renting 2 houses, automatically exclusive, if not,
risk of sharing.
• for more than 1 Night stay, please inquire
• pool is approx : 20feet x 40 feet, depth: deepest - 5 feet
• all room have the STD no. of beds (doublebeds), in excess of STD
no., mattresses and beddings are provided
OTHER SERVICES
• FOOD – please inquire
• COOK – P300/day, exclusive for cooking only
• WE CAN GO TO THE MARKET FOR YOU (per travel)– charges are
as follows : COST OF PRODUCTS + FARE + P100-P200 (depending on the quantity)
• MINERAL WATER AVAILABLE – P80/5 gallons
• ICE – in waterbags, please ask in advance. P3/waterbag
• CANCELLATIONS should be done 2 weeks before date of rental.
If not the penalty is 50% of the downpayment paid
