How to confirm:

♦    50% rental fee deposited either to a BPI or BDO account with deposit slip faxed/emailed to us with renter’s name, date and time of check-in.
♦    We work on a first payment, first confirmation basis. You may opt to be temporarily confirmed and you will be given first option to confirm if someone else wants your spot.
♦    First confirmation gets first pick on check-in times.
♦    Confirmed rentals are subject to the following cancellation penalties :
      o    2 weeks before – no penalty
      o    1 week before – 25% penalty
      o    Less than a week before – 50% penalty
      o    Day itself – 100% penalty
