REGULAR RATES for OVERNIGHT RENTAL
OTHER INFORMATION/INCLUSIONS: · Rental is for a maximum of 20-22 hours, we will follow agreed check-in time (you can checkin as per your own schedule, subject to first confirmation/first option basis), as per confirmation. Rental includes entrance for room/house capacity, use of common activity areas and swimming pool. · Rental is exclusive of food, toiletries and drinking water (except for food for B&B option for Rooms) · Houses are all studio-type rooms, with doublebeds, non-aircon, but well ventilated, with their own television, toilet and baths, etc. Rooms have their own toilet and batch, veranda and television sets. · No corkage fees for food and drink. · VIDEOKE: - All groups thathave rented houses have 1 videoke machine for their use. This is on a per groupbasis/not per house. (Usage of which is subject to rest after 6 hours straight usage-to prevent overheating) - Rooms may usethe magic sing, but this is subject to availability, as there is only 1 unitavailable, as of now. · BILLIARDS: - Free 3 hours use of the Billiards per group. Billiards play in excess of the free hours are charged at P50/hr. Children (12 and below)are not allowed to play the billiards. If you rent the whole place exclusively(options below), your billiards play will be 5 hours. · KITCHEN
Kitchen rental is available for P500 for groups of 15-30, add P500 for every group of 30 after the initial 30, includes use ofLPG, stove, refrigerator,cooking and eating utensils. (Will be waived if catered)
· How to rent exclusively? (also applicable for weddings, birthdays, events, etc) - Option 1: Rent at least 2 houses, add P2,000: Forexample, poolhouse+creekhouse + 2,000 = P12,000 - Option 2: Rent at least 2 houses, and 1 room. - Option 3: Rent 3 houses - Option 4: Rent the whole resort. Note: Freeentrance to corresponding # of persons per house/room rented. · Penalties/Cancellation Charges: 2 weeks before– no charge 1 week before –50% of deposit Week itself/dayitself- 100% of deposit · Additional amenities (not quoted above include) - full-maid service : 500/overnight/maid; - cook + kitchen helper rental = P2000/overnight (groups bigger than 25) ;P1,000/overnight (groups 15-24), P500/overnight (groups 10-15) - marketing charge = P200 + cost of goods +transportation expense (per trip basis). - Teambuilding organizers- we have a list of suppliers/teambuilding facilitating services that you might avail of. Please ask us about it. *Please informus of your need for the additional amenities before hand. |
