Banio Kreek Farms offers excellent accommodation to each of its guests. The vacation house owners make it a point to only rent out the place to one individual at a time. There are two choices for accommodation—the creekhouse and the poolhouse. All houses are equipped with Television sets, their own toilet and baths, refrigerators and cooking ranges.  The Pool House
The poolhouse is the accommodation nearest the swimming with a balcony and staircase bordering the swimming pool. Ideal for a group of 10-15 persons, the poolhouse is often also called the bluehouse because of its blue roof. The renters may opt to do their videoke in the plaza or in the vacant space adjacent to the poolhouse’s balcony. Click here for more photos...  The Creek House
The creekhouse is named for its proximity to the creek. It is a loft-type house, with one “loft” that can accommodate 5 people and a lower floor that can accommodate 15. The creekhouse has its own activity area and videoke room. Click here for more photos...  The Red House
The redhouse is located near the plaza area and the current location of the billiards table. It features one small room and a giant room for the accommodation. It’s design is very Spanish with stained glass doors and varnished ceilings. Ideal for groups of 25 to 30 pax. Click here for more photos...  Attic Room
Also called the bar-room, it is the room located above the poolbar. It is a two-room area which can only accommodate a maximum of 5 persons at any given time. Usually ideal for couples or small families.

♦ All houses are one level/studio type except the creekhouse.
♦ All houses are non-airconditioned, but are well ventilated with more than adequate
fans and windows. The whole area has a Tagaytay-like weather and usual “warm”
times are only during highnoon.
♦ All houses have their own “activity areas” usually located near/adjacent the houses.
♦ All houses have their own toilet and baths, refrigerator, television (non-cable), and
videoke access. We give one videoke machine to each renter. Fees for this are
already included in the rental. DVD players are available for rent.
